    I really hope this isn't how you guys treat everyone looking for help. I searched for days trying to find solutions, even using google .

    I DO appreciate the help Arc has provided. Again, the original issue has not been addressed and all I asked for was direction if he didn't know how to fix the issue. If this hurt someone's feelings (boohbah) I'm sorry. It is ok to admit if you don't have an answer, I work in the tech field as well, people appreciate it more if you are up front with them.
