    apainine,
    Exellent job on the specs.

Let's see what SFC is complaining about.

    System File Checker – SFC

System File Checker checks system files and restores them if possible.

System File Checker places results in:
    %windir%\logs\cbs

My preference is to empty the abovementioned folder BEFORE I run SFC.

How to empty the “results” folder
    · Run CMD.EXE as administrator
    o WIN | type CMD.EXE | do NOT hit ENTER |
o CTRL + Shift + ENTER key combo | YES button
    · Type following commands, each followed with ENTER key
    o CD %windir%\logs\CBS
    o DEL *.*
    o EXIT

    To run System File Checker:
WIN | type CMD.EXE | do NOT hit Enter| CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER key combo | YES button
WIN is the key with the Microsoft flag on top.

    Enter SFC /SCANNOW
    When System File Checker finishes---

    If you do not see:
    Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    Then:
    Ø Type EXIT to return
    Ø RESTART your computer
    Ø Run sfc /scannow again

    If you do not see:
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    Then:
    Ø Type EXIT to return
    Ø RESTART your computer
    Ø Run sfc /scannow again

    If you do not see:
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    Then:
    Ø Type EXIT to return
    Ø RESTART your computer
    Ø Run sfc /scannow again
Notice that you have run sfc and restarted your computer up to three times.

Ø If all did not go well, you can use
the findstr command to view the results.

    VIEW THE RESULTS
Puts the System File Checker (SFC) results in a File on the Desktop

    SHUTDOWN YOUR COMPUTER!

    POWER ON YOUR COMPUTER

    Boot into SAFE MODE

    WIN | type CMD.EXE

Enter following command as a single line, hit Enter
    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log > %userprofile%\desktop\sfcdetails.txt
where /C: specifies the desired search string

This finds the primary results. More info can be gleaned, if necessary, by examining the entire cbs.log file.

    BOOT TO SAFE MODE
    Ø Power down your computer.
    Ø Power up your computer.
    Ø IMMEDIATELY—Start tapping the SPACEBAR
Ø When the Windows Boot Manager screen appears,
    Press the F8 key
Ø The Advanced Boot Options screen will appear.
Ø Using the down arrow key, highlight Safe Mode
    Ø Press the ENTER key.

    In shorthand,
PowerUp | Spacebar until Windows Boot Manager
    | F8 | Safe Mode | ENTER

    thanks,
Now this step alone may cure your problem.

Now humor me and follow this 100%.

WIN | type MSCONFIG | ENTER | STARTUP tab |
    Uncheck ALL except for:
    Script:
    Sidebar    Microsoft Corporation    C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar\sidebar.exe /autoRun
    MSC    Microsoft Corporation
    "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\msseces.exe" -hide -runkey
    SynTPEnh    Synaptics Incorporated
    %ProgramFiles%\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe

    REBOOT!

You have just told Win 7 to not run unchecked programs at start up time.

You have not disabled the programs. They will be run when needed.

WIN = key with the Microsoft logo on top

CCLEANER | TOOLS icon | STARTUP tab | SCHEDULED TASKS tab |
Use DISABLE button to disable ALL except for:
    Script:
Adobe Flash Player Updater    Adobe Systems Incorporated    C:\windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe
    CCleanerSkipUAC    Piriform Ltd
    "C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner.exe" $(Arg0
    Close CCleaner.

    REBOOT!

You have not disabled any programs. You have disabled the scheduled running.
Later, after your system is running smoothly, you may reenable desired programs.

    UNINSTALL

    Script:
    Bonjour    Apple Inc.    1/8/2012    1.02 MB    3.0.0.10
    µTorrent                3.2.0
    REBOOT

You have several hacked programs and/or illegal versions of software on your computer.

    Until this problem is fixed:
    1. I recommend uninstalling all illegal software..
    2.
    µTorrent
    must go.

    REMOVAL OF P2P PROGRAMS

There are signs of one or more P2P (Peer to Peer) File Sharing Programs on your computer.

As long as you are using any form of P2P networking to download files, you can anticipate malware infestations.

I strongly recommend that you uninstall:
    µTorrent
    BitTorrent
    Vuze
