| | Where are you running it from ?? Ex... if you are running the SF Diag tool from your desktop.... the folder is created in your desktop.... If its in a download folder... its created there... it is usually named as Seven forum or SF_DD_MM_YYYY |

| | for past 3 or 4 days i have been observing that during booting after the Windows 7 logo appears my screen is going black & it remains as it is(nothing is happening any more).... until i get annoyed & restart it again... then it boots properly & finally the desktop is coming.... this is happening everytime whenever i'm booting..... because of this everytime whenever i boot my pc i have to boot it twice..... please give me some solution..... thanks in advance |
