Thanks for the help everyone! I haven't had a freeze up since I posted this yesterday? Will i still get a memory dump when it freezes as I have to power it off to get it to do anything when it freezes? I couldn't upload it (MSINFO32 file) as a .nfo file Anthony as it's 1.99MB so I .zip's it - I hope this is OK?

Without any Dump files its hard to Recommend what to do however a lot of your hardware drivers are old, you might want to start updating them

    Intel(R) HD Graphics: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx?lang=eng

Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller: Realtek

O2Micro Integrated MS/MSPRO/xD Controller: Google Translate

See how you go after updating these.

Sorry Anthony if this is a noob question but when I try to update through Device Manager it says "Windows has determined the driver software is up to date" for the 3 you mentioned? Do I have to download them form Dell or Intel, etc.? Thanks again for the help.
(Still no freeze up? It's weird I tried to figure it out for 2 weeks myself with no success and now that I ask for help it doesn't happen for 2 days?)

Your computer is playing mind games with you. (LOL)
Just post the dumps when you get them next, since we're subscribed to this thread.. either of us will take a look at it.
