    Random freezing started a few weeks ago

    I have gone through all of the suggested bsod fixes and still getting random freezing. I ran SF Diag. tool it pop'd up and error but still ran. I have attached .zip - not sure what else to do?

    Welcome

    There are no dumps in your zip file. Please make sure you're following the steps properly from here:

    Sorry I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to this.
    When I right click and run as admin. I get a warning to right click and run as admin? I clicked OK and it starts to run. Crash dump copied successful-click ok- Event Logs copied successful-click ok - it then pops up an error - could not find - C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS and then this under details:

    See the end of this message for details on invoking
    just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.
    For example:
    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>
    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    We'll take a look at the hosts later.
    Upload what you have zipped now.

    This is what I get when I click Grab All? I ran as admin and had antivirus turned off. This is a new one by the way?

    I am having problems getting a full dump? I have increased the page file size (to 7000-8000MB) as I have 4g or ram and it's still not showing up as an option? Both kernal and minidump where turned on all along? Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this but this has been taking up so many hours of my time over the last 2+ weeks it's driving me nut's! especially since it hasn't froze up in the last few day's.

    I didn't have full dump enabled as I have 4g of ram, but followed instuctions-used the download set up and ran and it worked this time! and it's now set! Do I now need to wait for it to freeze (it's been a day and half since last one) to run SF diag.?

    Run the SF Diag tool to collect crash information, after you have a crash.

    If you not getting dumps, at the very least upload the MSINFO32 file.

    Thanks
