You are getting the crash, which is stop 0x101, CLOCK-WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.

The known causes of that crashes are:

    • Device Driver
    • Hardware
    • Bios Bug

Though your dumps are silent about the causes.

► For ensuring a driver is causing the crashes, you are suggest to enable Driver Verifier.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    ► Your BIOS says:
    Code:
    BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 1304, 6/26/2012
So, for the time being, we are keeping the BIOS aside.

    ► Check your Hardware:
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

    And finally, tesy your HDD.

    1. Reseat the sata and power.
    2. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
    3. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

Let us know the results please.

ok i have an update since my last post on september 8th my pc ran without problems for a good 3 weeks then the problem came back again i tore my computer back down disconnected everything processor included an ran an inspection on all my parts i didnt find any problems until i read the (PLEASE READ THIS FIRST) RED label in the amd fx 8120 tin box that states

Important- (PRIOR) to installing your AMD FX CPU, please go your motherboard manufacturer's website and download the lastest motherboard bios...(facepalm) :-D.....seeing that i never did this and i just slapped my cpu in the board it seems to have caused some type of conflict...

so after i re-installed my components BAM! motherboard tells me i just installed a new cpu which never happen the first time for some reason.... my pc is now up an running and haven't had a problem since im on youtube an it doesnt freeze anymore neither does photoshop or my games, sony vegas, or premiere pro im super happy
