You are getting the crash, which is stop 0x101, CLOCK-WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.
The known causes of that crashes are:
- Device Driver
- Bios Bug
Though your dumps are silent about the causes.
► For ensuring a driver is causing the crashes, you are suggest to enable Driver Verifier. Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
► Your BIOS says:

So, for the time being, we are keeping the BIOS aside.
► Check your Hardware: RAM - Test with Memtest86+ Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95 And finally, tesy your HDD.
- Reseat the sata and power.
- Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check

Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
