ntfs.sys errors means most of time a problem with disk. Or computer thinks it's a faulty disk. But can also be due to:
  • faulty memory
  • faulty motherbord
Since computer doesn't boot at all I have following questions:
  • Power light is on?
  • disk light flashes for a minute or longer?
  • Do you hear any beeps on startup?

Power light is not on?
No lights lit on desktop whatsoever?
fans are working inside/outside?

Gets monitor its power from computer or own cable to power socket?

Power cable still connected to computer and working power socket? If so, try another cable. Use a power socket that works! Test power socket with another device
