    thank you..

    1, no hardware is overclocked
2, it is notebook - cooled turning off even if it is put on air condition system
3, it is fresh installation with latest drivers from toshiba site (my question is if is possible that some incompatible drivers have been downloaded via windows updates?? )
4, bios is not updated, but i am afraid that it will shut down when update will work - it cause total damage of notebook ?? or it is possible to continue after turn on ?
5, i will test ram and HDD, should i test something else?
6, is possible that when i rollback to vista problem will be solved or not?

    thank you in advance

It seems you're laptop is having overheating issues.
What is the age of this laptop and its hardware? and how recent did you install windows 7 on it?
Do you have a cooler for your laptop?
