PC Shutsdown when plugging USB

Hello...I recently bought Windows 7 and installed a new RAM(my old was 2gb RAM) and upgraded to 4gb....so heres the problem,Sometimes when i plug something in my USB ports my computer randomly shutsdown..mostly after 30mins or so....I have a guess this is power supply problem?....im not sure how to fix it..Does anyone have any fix on this?..Thank you

P.S I am not having this problem before when im in Windows XP and only 2Gb of RAM...

1. System Specs?
2. DAEMON Tools Lite is known to crash Windows, uninstall it

Whats is the device that shuts it down, or is it any USB device?
