If seatools fails. go th your HDD manufacturers website and take their own test.

The latest crash is also HDD related. Do you use any backup mechanism btw?

It is volsnap.sys, volume shadow copy driver.

Also, you need to Free up the startup.
  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept the restart.

I used Norton Ghost long time ago, but i think it was fine. My laptop automatic backup file on sunday, but now i turned it off. An error 7A is very rare, but an error f4 is often. Do you think if I replace RAM and HDD, the problem will solve? I really don't want to do that. I will wait next BSOD f4, then i'll report it to you later.
Thank you again.

Let the RAM be there. There is no proof that it is causing any trouble. And I guess the 7A and F4 are interrelated here.

Are you using a SSD? If so , update its firmware now. Also take the test from manufacturers website, disable Norton Ghost. Wait and see if it crashes again or not.

Exactly the same as the previous, post #12, and now I am thinking of some malwares.
Let us know if anything found there.
