I had turned it off earlier for doing online testing, it slowed things down too much, and I forgot to turn it back on. Will turn it back on and let you know when it BSOD's again.

    Sorry about that.

Yes it does make things slow,

Verifier puts extreme stress on the drivers, bad ones will cause BSOD. If we change all those drivers we hope for no more BSODs, If you get no BSODs, then its not a driver and we look to hardware.

Crashed again. Like usual I can't see any pattern to the crashes. Sometimes I am gaming, browsing facebook and youtube, or just away from the computer. Verifier.exe was running this time, and the blue screen mentioned driver issues.

Once again thank you so much for the help. It saves me hours and hours of google'ing my errors and reading confusing articles that don't help.

Verifier is blaming windows files (which is not a true cause). Suggest you disable verifier now.
Anyway, is any of your hardware overclocked?
How does your computer act in safe mode?
Did you monitor your temps while gaming?
Whats the status of warranty of your computer?

Verifier is blaming windows files (which is not a true cause). Suggest you disable verifier now. (DID)

Anyway, is any of your hardware overclocked? (NO, there is no need for this computer)

How does your computer act in safe mode? ( Don't notice anything weird or unusual. Let me know what to look for.)

Did you monitor your temps while gaming? (Not anymore, I used to when I got it. Basically I had to RMA the Graphics card (GTX 480) because the original one idled at 80 deg Celsius. Let me know what you recommend I use to monitor the temps the easiest (like what software). EDIT: Didn't ever check this because sometimes it blue screens with nothing intensive running, for example like when task manager shows I'm using less than 10% CPU Usage. )

Whats the status of warranty of your computer? (Was self-built, some parts are under warranty, and some are not. I can deal with that when we narrow down what component it is.)

Also, attached is the .zip with today's crash which was before I turned off verifier.exe. (Just in case it has something interesting.)

Things to note about my computer. The earliest BSOD's (that were semi frequent) I can remember was back when I got a SSD in here. The SSD soon died and I RMA'd it, and put the new one from OCZ in my laptop, and the HDD in the tower didn't blue screen for quite awhile after removing SSD, so I thought it was fixed. The current graphics card never had issues with overheating, and even went hours and hours running NVIDIA's stress test software that came with it (haven't tested that in months). The tower is an open tower that includes 5 case fans, and of course fans on the processor, Power supply, and even a PCI slot fan that sits on the side of the Graphics card that has no fans, and blows directly on the back of it. Case fans on one side of tower are set to bring air in, and I set the other 2 to blow air out.

Like always thanks for all the time you are putting into this to help me. Let me know whatever you need me to do/try/look at.

       Note
Renaming drivers: create a restore point, using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, locate the driver files, and rename them from .sys to .old. Reboot and the drivers will not load. This will break whatever software or hardware these drivers are associated with.

Here is the location of gdrv.sys: C:\Windows\gdrv.sys. It is not located in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers. Likewise here is the location of
GVTDrv64.sys: C:\Windows\GVTDrv64.sys. Try uninstalling Easy Saver; that may eliminate both of these drivers. If not, rename both of them. Reboot and let's see if these to drivers are causing the conflict with atikmdag.sys.
