Can you tell us, was the situation the same when you were using the April's version of display driver?
If not, First uninstall the current one using Driver fusion
, and then reinstall that one step older one.
To avoid CCC, after downloading follow the method: Driver Install - Device Manager
Do it under display adapter, and while searching for the driver, point it to the location where the downloaded driver is situated.
