| | BSOD error occurs randomly, perhaps a hardware issue? Attachment 230815 hey everyone, i'm new to the forums. this problem has been occurring since the beginning of the year, but i never really came around to addressing the problem until now. my laptop will sometimes shut off (happens randomly as far as i can tell) and reboot itself; upon log in i'll receive a message from windows saying that it shut down unexpectedly, with the "blue screen error" being the culprit. i uploaded the dump files - can anyone please help me figure out what the problem is, and perhaps find a solution? thanks in advance! |
