Righty'o then. Good news and bad news :/ :P ... What i have discovered is that the RAM may have been faulty... There has been no BSOD's since i added in this new RAM. Which is all good. The bad news however is 2 things, 1) the RAM is severely under-volted and running at a slow bandwidth (hence the test 7 & 8 test fails on memtest) I cannot OC the RAM at all otherwise my CMOS classes this as a hazard and tells me to reset the values to default. Not that that is a problem but its not using the full potential of my RAM when it is needed. 2) Instead of a BSOD today i got a black-screen. I was playing music on widows media player and all of a sudden it started to jump and then make the long beeping sounds as it does when it blue screens, however the computer stayed booted up and the LED's on my case did not shut of, neither did the GPU or the HDD, typically i thought this was a GPU error but as i've changed my GPU card TWICE i dont think that that is the case, I'm not sure what causes black screens (no errors appeared, the screen just went black and shut my system down but kept them fired up as if it was still running. Maybe its potentially the GPU slot in my MB failing but i'm not sure? any clues?
