Right then, so, i went to work and left this hunk of crap running >.< and when i got back i was surprised to see what i saw, some of the errors that are shown are on test 7, which tests bandwidth, something that wasn't a problem before hand and also that wasn't shown in the old sticks either, when my friend ran his (only did 2 passes) it states that no errors were found, now i'm not jumping to the conclusion yet that the RAM is the cause of my BSOD's due to the fact that i haven't had one yet since i added these new sticks. The seatools thing still isn't picking up my HDD so i have no idea what is wrong with that so i can't check my HDD for issues. i have done a chkdsk but it shows my system as having no problems, i have got defraggler on my computer as well and that states (along with windows disk management) that all my partitions are healthy. the temps of everything are running coolish. CPU: Max 32 Min 21, RAM: Max 35 Min 23, HDD about 37, GPU: Max 41 Min 34. so the temps are fine in my computer, i've taken the side off and all of the general stats for temps have gone down as well by at most 3 degree.

While Koolkat is away, allow me to give you my opinion. We cannot see or touch the computer. We only know what is shown to us and you have just posted a memtest with all kinds of errors. We cannot continue to look for causes of your BSODs, since memory is a big cause. There is nothing else that we can do until you solve the memory problem. Once you do your BSODs may be a thing of the past.

Well to begin with hello Richard and thanks for the help :) on a second note though, the RAM tests are coming through with errors, but i still don't like the fact that the 0x00000024 could also potentially be my HDD or my GPU. As a result of that i actually changed (upgraded) my GPU from a ATI Radeon HD5450 to a Nvidia 440GTI and the same typical errors and BSOD's appeared, I am changing my RAM to a brand new 8GB 2x4GB G.Skill/Kingston/Crucial not sure which yet, perhaps if i gave you the links you could guide me the right way? i'm just not sure which to get to be honest. but yeah as for this RAM problems, its worked perfectly in my friends computer and also in mine (as of yet) so i'm not sure when i shall be able to give the 'Okay' that my RAM was the problem.

I, fully, understand your concerns, and you are correct with your uneasiness. The memory errors have to be corrected, if they are the immediate cause of your BSODs or not. Since they must be corrected, lets start there. Memory controls everything and its possible that the test results that you cannot obtain is due to memory problems. Regardless of the cause of your BSODS, the memory problems are a disaster just waiting to happen. Lets get that fixed, and if you still get BSODs, Koolkat and I will advise you on how to complete the other tests.

Most of senior members use this test, to determine the best ram to buy.
RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, SSD at Crucial.com
I am obligated to point out that buy all at once. If you think only one stick is bad, still buy all that you will use. To mix and match causes problems.
In addition, it may not be your RAM, it could be your Mother Board. I did not reeview the entire thread again, but did Koolkat and you determine if its the MB or the ram?

not yet, what we have dicded though is that the old RAM is actually ruined as i have found loads of errors on there, i have tried them on a different PC and the errors still occur (the MB on the new testing is working perfectly) as for the case on my computer, it is still showing errors within the new RAM which stated by my friend works perfectly and has no errors when he tested them. My computer hasn't BSOD yet and also has had a lot less lags. by that i mean programs are opening faster and caching is faster as well despite my old RAM having better Latency. from what i can gather the RAM was busted and the new RAM is fine, so all that i can come up with is the RAM was causing BSOD more than i should have and the MB is potentially dying out.

Take the good ram and take memtest 8 passes. Then take each stick and test it in a known good slot for 8 passes.
