Is it possible for you to move your hard drive to another computer and test?

tbh, i really really dont like moving my HDD to another computer, everytime i do it the BootMGR seems to be wiped from my HDD, i'm not sure why it just does it everytime, i also dont have another computer to plug it into to see if it works at all

Yeah i know its a big problem, i cant find any reason for the boot manager to erase once i remove it anyway so i just dont want to risk having to do yet another fresh install :P

Unplug the other computers HDD, while trying to use yours.. maybe the bootmgr will not be missing then.
BTW, does your motherboard have an onboard VGA slot?

Okay, insert the video cables in there and observe for a few days.. how your computer performs when connected to the onboard slot..

Report back after 3/4 days of observation.

Please . Cause my intuition says your MB is failing like you said, your GPU works fine on other PCs.
