    BSOD on shut-down, sleep or hibernate - DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE


    Oh boy could I do with some help please! I've tried updating as many drivers as I can but I'm getting nowhere.

    BSOD every time I shut-down or sleep or hibernate.

    Your dumps are not loading. Please make sure you're following the bsod posting instructions correctly then upload the dumps again to your next post.

    STOP 0x0000009F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE : Usual causes: Device driver

    1. Please deselect all items except your antivirus software by performing a clean start up
      Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
    2. Uninstall Comodo Internet Security while we troubleshoot the problems with your computer and replace with MSE
      Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows


    Please try uploading your dumps again

    Thanks for taking an interest. Try this one......

    Interestingly, after a clean start up I attempted to sleep and it still crashed.

    Comodo refused to uninstall, but all components are now disabled.
