BSOD at random times, after clean install W7 Pro 64 BCCode 1e

Hey yall, I really appreciate anyone looking at this first of all its got me stumped.

So I recently did a clean install of W7 Pro 64 on my Dell XPS 1330...

Everything worked out great, except the rig will crash every 30 minutes or so... I got this log from windows:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1e
BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
BCP2: FFFFF80002B7A50A
BCP3: 0000000000000001
BCP4: 0000000000000018
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\090912-44756-01.dmp
C:\Users\Nina\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-237027-0.sysdata.xml

Any ideas on how to fix this? The computer is in sound condition and shouldn't be crashing like this... Thanks in advance!

Lets give this a shot:

Code:
Base System Device	PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_02091028&REV_12\4&2C68880C&0&0BF0	The drivers for this device are not installed.
Biometric Coprocessor	USB\VID_0483&PID_2016\5&291A186&0&1	The drivers for this device are not installed.
Make sure you install these drivers. I'm sure you can install them through Windows Updates.

Almost all of your drivers are out of date. Please update:
