BSODs: 0x09F and 0x0E6. Rtnicprop64.dll also seems to be unsigned.

I had a feeling you meant that, but I wasn't positive. Anyway, here's the Device Instance Path for the wireless card: PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3090&SUBSYS_663211AD&REV_00\4&AE2647C&0&00E5

Did u check both of te drivers in my link for bsod free stability ? If bsods occurred still on both driver versions, then i would say to be careful using the driver finding software. They can sometimes install the wrong ones.

Well, I can't check. I can't trigger BSODs, they just happen. It may be two weeks from now - or it could be tonight.

Ok well while on each different version run this. If one of them has no bsod then stick with that one.

There are two versions? Are you taking about the EXE and RAR? I installed with the .exe and it doesn't seem like I've gotten any BSODs (It's been up for maybe five minutes now). How quickly would a BSOD happen on reboot, after running driver verifier?

Do you want me to uninstall the EXE version and install the RAR version and also test that? Oh, and I learned my lesson with DriverGenius, and have been intending to get rid of DriverMax. They scare me now, lol. How did you know I'd used them? I think DriverGenius is gone, but I should make sure if DriverMax is still there...

I didnt know you had used them it was an inference because i myaelf had great problems from them before. And driver verifier should give a bsod straight on restart once its enabled.

Okay, well clearly it hasn't occurred then; my computer's been up since running driver verifier last night. My desktop also seems to load faster at startup, so that should be a good sign. It's just so odd that the installer said, as the last step in the install instructions, to "restart the notebook", while this is a desktop computer.

Ok sounds good, and the reason being is because i got the driver for that specific card not for the mobo. So most likely that card is found in notebooks more often, i used the pcid info and downloaded the driver it referred to.
