    ► First, you are having some issues due to your COMODO Firewall Pro Sandbox Driver.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck FC, {fffff880043131b8, 80000001a48dc963, fffff8800d09b7e0, 2}

    Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\cmdguard.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for cmdguard.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for cmdguard.sys
    Probably caused by : cmdguard.sys ( cmdguard+f1bc )
    You may try to update it, or you may stop using it and shift to windows firewall.

    ► Next, you are having a Bugcheck 124, probably caused by hardware.
    In this situation, you are follow the Generic "Stop 0x124" Troubleshooting Strategy .
    For the information, follow the link : Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try.

    Follow all the steps from #1 to #9. One of them must work for you, but it is very difficult to say which one is the most appropriate one for you.
    ► Uninstall Daemon Tools. It is a known cause of Crashes.

    ► Update these drivers:

    • Broadcom NetXtreme II 10 GigE VBD
    • Realtek 8167 NT Driver
    • Yamaha USB-MIDI Driver (WDM)

    Let us know the results.
