BSOD playing 3D games, BCCode 116
Hey there, I've been having this problem for months and I've had enough of it; whenever I play 3D games (e.g. Portal, Half Life, Mirror's Edge), they only last for about ten minutes (sometimes even less), and always end up giving me BSOD. However when I play some old fashioned 2D games, everything works just fine.
Here are the BSOD specs:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
Additional information about the problem:
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Files that help describe the problem:
I'm running Windows 7 HP 32bit, with NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT version 22.214.171.12473 (up-to-date).
Please help! I will be eternally grateful!
