I didn't buy the computer as a whole, I bought it part by part, haha. The store I bought each part from probably won't help me.

    link,
You can or you can not boot into the bios?

If you can not repeatedly boot into the bios, then:
    1) the power supply unit is bad OR
    2) bad connections to the motherboad. Test by disconnecting everything.
    OR
    3) the motherboard is bad.

I can only temporarily boot into the bios RIGHT after I clear the CMOS, but none of the settings affect anything after I save and restart. Also, half the time, I freeze in the actual BIOS itself.
