BSOD playing Max Payne 3

Hi guys, need help, been getting BSODs whenever I play Max Payne 3. Please help? I read that this hal.dll is caused by applications not being compatible with each other or ram problems but I ran memtest and doesnt show any errors.

Parameter 1 = 00000000`00000000
Parameter 2 = fffffa80`0a81e028
Parameter 3 = 00000000`fa000000
Parameter 4 = 00000000`00400405

Caused by driver = hal.dll
Caused by address = hal.dll+12903

Crash address = ntoskrnl.exe+71f00

Follow it, if needed, ask us to assist.

And, if possible, try to upload your dumps as per the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions .
