    Welcome
All your dumps show win32k.sys as the problem but that's not the realcause.

If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

Lets enable driver verifier to rule out buggy drivers.

Verifier puts extreme stress on the drivers, bad ones will cause BSOD. If we change all those drivers we hope for no more BSODs, If you get no BSODs, then its not a driver and we look to hardware.

    Information
Driver Verifier runs in the background, "testing" drivers for bugs. If it finds one, a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) will result; the corresponding dump file will hopefully show the faulty driver.

    Capt.Jack Sparrow said:
Driver Verifier monitors kernel-mode drivers and graphics drivers to detect illegal function calls or actions that might corrupt the system. It can subject the drivers to a variety of stresses and tests to find improper behavior.

Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation.

    BSOD problem solved

Thanks for your suggestions. Actually, the solution was pretty easy. I ran sfc to check if there were any system file problems. It was able to find and repair the errors in the system files (log entries attached). The computer has been running for more than five days now without a BSOD.

    BSOD problem recurs

Alas! Apparently I marked this problem "solved" too soon. The problem was not solved by the system file fixes after all. The exact same problem happened again this morning. Time to check the drivers, I guess.

Are these the BSoD you're getting after enabling verifier?
Doesn't look like verifier is enabled yet, please enable it.

    BSOD problem recurs

It looks like the problem was caused by the AVG antivirus software. When I saw that suggestion in your reply I recalled two things: 1) when I first installed the software I got a message saying that it might not have installed properly, but since it seemed to function ok, I didn't think more about it; 2) when I first tried to run the Windows disk check I got an error message saying that a "software error" was preventing the disk checker from running. When I uninstalled AVG and installed Microsoft Security Essentials, that error message disappeared and the disk check showed no disk errors. I ran a complete scan using MSE and found no viruses.

I have now had eight days of fairly heavy use without further crashes. So I am tentatively marking this thread as solved (again!) conscious that I got burned when I did that last time.

Thank you so much for your helpful suggestions.
