Clock watchdog timeout crashes cannot be diagnosed without access to at least a kernel dump (that's the big fat MEMORY.DMP file in your Windows directory). Minidumps are absolutely and unequivocally worthless in these cases. Also, you'll wanna turn on Driver Verifier as instructed by this article and let your system crash a couple more times. Read the article in entirety so you get the full gist of what to do (like if DV causes your system to boot loop). Any DV-created crashes will generate crashdump files, and the minidumps for those can help us.

Both speccy and cpu-z show my ram (pc3-12800) running at 800mhz. And constant rate is set at 1T. Is this related to the BSOD?

The C4 error is indeed a Driver Verifier crash and was caused by PassGuard_x64 driver. You may wanna look into this application and see if there's a more recent update (driver is dated July 27, 2011), otherwise you may have to uninstall it altogether.

Just so you know this may not be the cause of your 0x101 crashes, but it still is something that has to be remedied before we can proceed. Your best option would be to update that PassGuard software or uninstall it, then turn Driver Verifier on again and see what happens from there.

Thanks! I will remove passguard files and do as you instruct. Let's see how it goes.
