BSOD even after new drivers

I keep getting BSOD after several hours of use on my computer. I called customer service and they sent me drivers to install. I installed them, but I'm still blue screening. I'd rather not send my computer in because I'm currently in Israel and my only contact to home is through my computer.

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this:
  • Click on the Start
  • Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box
  • When it opens, go to File, Save
  • Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember
  • Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info
  • Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder
  • Upload the .zip file here.

When I go to File, it won't let me save. It's grey and when I click it nothing happens.

Alright

Quick question:
Do you have Zone Alarm installed on your computer?

Did you uninstall ZA from your computer? Got MSE?
Are the BSoD problems still there?
