It is highly recommended you do not use 3rd party driver update software, as they have a nature of installing either incorrect drivers or outdated drivers. I cannot tell you the number of times I've had to help people clean up the mess those software make. I do not even trust the updater that comes with motherboards. The best and most viable method of updating drivers is always to go to the manufacturer websites and downloading the latest appropriate drivers there, which in your case would be your motherboard's manufacturer.

You don't. You go straight to the motherboard manufacturer, which is MSI. It's often unnecessary or preferable to get the drivers for specific components straight from the chip manufacturer like Atheros. Rather, you would go to the manufacturer of the entire product (motherboard), and they will provide drivers for each component.

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

What you have got is a BugCheck 7F.

Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Overclocking failure, Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, 3rd party firewall, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack (source: Carrona.org)

So, it is very difficult to say, without being sure. And in order to be sure, what we need to do first is to enable driver verifier.
