| | Black screen after startup - but internet loads I apologize in advance for my computer ignorance. When I started my Acer laptop today, it struggled to startup, then finally started in safety mode but then went to a black screen. I pushd ctrl alt del then task manager and asked it to start Firefox, which it did, with the black screen still behind it - no desk top. What do I do? |
