    I now have a new keyboard, which seemed to fix my problems, but this just happened now. My computer seemed to bluescreen just as I got an email in outlook 2010

    Uninstall and install latest drivers in the following method:
    Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall everything related to "C-Media USB Audio Driver (WDM) & Atheros". Reboot the system. Delete remnants of its drivers/older drivers using Driver Sweeper.

    Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
    Norton tends to cause BSOD-s and several other issues. I would recommend uninstalling it with the Norton Removal Tool and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials To Test.

       Warning
    Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.
