Windows 7: BSOD right after formatting

BSOD right after formatting

I've been using windows 7 on my computer since RC and barely had a problem. By then I had built it especially to play Mass Effect 1 which was working perfectly.

When Mass Effect 3 came out, I tried to play Mass Effect 1 and that's when the BSOD started. They would first happen only in Mass Effect 1 (3 was working great) and then it started happening randomly, while idle, while on Google chrome, typing a text...

A few days ago, I wanted to start clean so I did a new install of windows seven (MSDNA version, x64).

I had a BSOD very early. First I thought tat was because the computer wasn't connected to the Internet and couldn't make any update. I did all the updates and kept having them.

I'm vastly depressed by it because I really need it to be working. I'm the president of a cinema club and I need to be able to use Adobe CS5.5 and be able to export stuff without it crashing (it crashes systematically when exporting a sequence).

I did a memtest and found no erros in 10 hours and 10 passes and then the computer crashed.

Here is a screen from bluescreen viewer.

The specs :

X4 955 BE (I bought a new fan for it but haven't installed it yet because computer not stable)

GTX560 TI (newly installed, had 4870 before and installed this one right before formatting, I don't think the issue comes from it as I was having the same kind of BSODs before formatting).

Computer crashed again while running Driver Verifier and watching YouTube.

I couldn't restart it back as it would BSOD instantly at Windows loading screen.

I started it in Safe Mode and collected the crash files.

I disabled Verifier and restarted it.

I tried reinstalling the 4870 and Premiere worked just fine, and I was able to encode my video without crashing. I did another time to be sure.

I went back to the 560 Ti and I couldn't get to encode it without Premiere or After Effects crashing or simply BSODing.

I'm pretty sure it's a driver conflict between my amd motherboard and nVidia GC. I ran Verifier again and it crashed at the windows loading screen, incriminating ESET.

I'm going to try a new install of Windows. And this time carefully installing my drivers.

I just formatted again. I haven't installed ESET or Adobe, just Microsoft Essentials and Google Chrome.

I had a BSOD when installing updates.

crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: Unknown ()
Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0xFFFFF90002F9A130, 0x2, 0x8, 0xFFFFF90002F9A130)
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: Unknown .

Does anyone think it has anything to do with this

This was during a test I did with Diablo3. It wasn't running smooth which is odd considering my build. But I thought I had a software problem not hardware. And it doesn't explain why I can export with premiere pro with the 4870 and not the 560 ti. Except if when heating, the cpu needs more power which is not really available when the 560 Ti is there.
