Error message understanding help: What is causing this on startup?

Friends I have a .dll fault, I think, causing a repetitive memory-write error on each startup. I'm pasting below the info. I'm told there is a process monitor or .dll monitor or some utility that can associate the error with the process or .dll involved in the error but I'm not sure which it is. If anyone can clue me.

    BCCode : 4e BCP1 : 0000008F BCP2 : 00059040 BCP3 : 00059000
    BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 768_1

    and from the Event log:
    Error code 0000004e, parameter1 0000008f, parameter2 00059040, parameter3 00059000, parameter4 00000000.

    Thank you in advance!

Stop 0x4E occurs either for a faulting device driver or for memory faults.

It would be easier to help you for us, if you post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Since no BSOD occurs I figured mine was less critical.

    Found and solved. Audio device.

    thanks
