Do you have any recommendations for a good reliable motherboard? This is my second dud and I don't want a third. Also, is there an easy way to back up everything so that when I reinstall windows I'll be able to have the computer back as it is now easily and quickly? An external hard drive maybe? I'm using a SSD and a HDD so I don't know if this complicates anything.
Hi, I just read through here. I would have recommended the board you have or a variant of it. Some have been reported to have bent CPU pins, or in this case, the land grid array connectors. If you want, take the CPU out and carefully examine the socket with a magnifier to see if any are bent.

For RAM, this will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool this should run for a minimum of 7 passes.
Also try disconnecting the USB extender and use the board and case USB ports.
I reinstalled my graphics card drivers and ran a driver sweeper beforehand, and the graphics card hasn't been acting up at all as of now (although I had a BSOD when the graphics card was removed). It ran the furmark test fine. I ran the HDD scan and the HDD was fine, I wasn't able to test the SSD. I ran memtest86+ and it passed 7 times. I also updated the motherboard's bios to the latest version.
I just had another bsod while browsing the internet and it seemed different in that there wasn't a reason given such as "Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL."
Which HDD scan did you take?
I'd suggest using Seatools for windows and DOS too.

What tests should I run? For both the HDD and SSD I see the following: Fix All (long/short), S.M.A.R.T Check, Short Drive Self Test, Short Generic, Long Generic, Advanced Tests.
Short and Long generic tests for your HDD.
I'm not sure about the SSD. Sea tools isn't for SSD's.
Ok, the HDD passed the short generic, I'll do the DOS later, since there is no long generic in the windows version. Also, for memtest86+ I tested with both memory sticks in the optimal slots on the motherboard. Should I test just 1 at a time? Thanks.
Bad pool header. Both individual memory sticks passed and the HDD was fine, although I couldn't run it in DOS because seagate didn't detect it that version.
