Dump blaming windows files win32k.sys. (Which is not true)

Lets enable driver verifier to rule out buggy drivers.

    Driver Verifier
I'd suggest that you first backup your data and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Windows 7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vista you'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair your computer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

    Then, here's the procedure:
    - Go to Start and type in verifier and press Enter
    - Select Create custom settings (for code developers) and click Next
    - Select Select individual settings from a full list and click Next
    - Select everything EXCEPT FOR Low Resource Simulation and click Next
    - Select Select driver names from a list and click Next
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click Next
    - Select Finish on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Verifier puts extreme stress on the drivers, bad ones will cause BSOD. If we change all those drivers we hope for no more BSODs, If you get no BSODs, then its not a driver and we look to hardware. With verifier on your computer may be a little laggy, but actually..its just doing its work.

    Information
Driver Verifier runs in the background, "testing" drivers for bugs. If it finds one, a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) will result; the corresponding dump file will hopefully show the faulty driver.

    Capt.Jack Sparrow said:
Driver Verifier monitors kernel-mode drivers and graphics drivers to detect illegal function calls or actions that might corrupt the system. It can subject the drivers to a variety of stresses and tests to find improper behavior.

Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation.

Hey there im back, i decided to format my computer, and hope that all faulty drivers will be removed and fix the problem. But the problem still exists, i get BSOD randomly when im playing games, this time is borderlands 2. Ive attached additional new dumps from after the formatting. I also ran a GPU test with FurMark and everything seemed fine with max tempts at around 89 C on 99% load.

One dump shows your mouse as the problem.
    mouhid.sys

Check for update on its driver from windows updates (optional updates)

Also looks like Logitech SetPoint HID Filer had to do something with it.

    Source LHidFilt.Sys
    Logitech SetPoint HID Filter Driver
Logitech - Support & Software Downloads

Look for updates and install them. Keep us posted of further BSoDs if any

Probably caused by your graphic card drivers:
    Code:
    1: kd> lmvm atikmdag
    start end module name
    fffff880`04849000 fffff880`0526a000 atikmdag T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: atikmdag.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys
        Image name: atikmdag.sys
        Timestamp: Sat Jul 28 07:48:09 2012 (501344D9)
        CheckSum: 009DA146
        ImageSize: 00A21000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Re-install latest version following this method:
    1. Download and install Driver Sweeper:
      |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download
    2. Download the auto-detect tool for AMD.
      AMD Driver Autodetect
    3. Boot into Safe Mode from Advanced Boot Options:
      Advanced Boot Options
    4. Type in Driver Fusion in Search
    5. Remove all drivers
    6. Boot normally now, and install the latest drivers from the
      auto-detect program you downloaded.

    Then take a FurMark test.

Monitor your temps with Speccy during these tests

Another driver needs updating: Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20) Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\rt64win7.sys (7.2.1125.2008, 183.00 KB (187,392 bytes), 2/03/2009 12:05 AM)

    Driver Update: Realtek

Uninstall: Daemon Tools, its known to crash some systems

To Many start up programs follow this guide:

msconfig - boot faster and crash less.

    1. Click on the Windows 7 start icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.

    2. Type msconfig in the search box and then either press enter on your keyboard or double-click on the msconfig program that appears in the search results.

    3. Windows 7 will launch Microsoft's System Configuration Utility. Click on the Startup tab.

    4. This takes you to a page with a list of "startup items." Startup items are programs that are automatically loaded every time you turn on your computer. Some startup programs are absolutely necessary e.g Anti Virus, others are simply a waste of RAM.

    5. Click on the OK button.

    6. A message will pop up telling you that you must restart your computer before these changes will take effect. Click on "Restart" and your computer will automatically reboot.

    7. That's it! Your computer should now boot faster and crash less.

If you ever want to turn on any of the startup items you disabled with msconfig , just run msconfig again.

    Keep us posted, Thanks
