My first morning without freezes or any BSODs.

I can only assume it is because I cleaned the RAM slot and reseated them. I will post again in a couple of days,if everything is allright, or earlier, if I get another freeze or BSOD.

    Have a nice day.

    That's good news.

Re-seating the RAM can solve an issue like this.
Let us know if it remains stable for the next couple of days.

    Hi ALL.

We'll I've waited for 7 days, 7 reboots. It's looks like the system is stable now.

I'd like to thank everyone that posted in the thread and helped. I did learn things I never bothered with before. Thank you.

Next week I intent to upgrade my RAM with 4×Mb. Should I look out for any kind of RAM or it does not matter? My motherboard is Gigabyte EX58-UD5.

    Have a nice day.

    You're welcome.
Glad to hear it is stable.

24GB RAM is the max for your motherboard.
Be sure to get 1.50v RAM.
Use the RAM finder from the manufacturers site to find the correct model number and see what you have locally.
    For example:
    Mushkin Configurator GA-EX58-UD5 Motherboard

    Corsair Memory Finder EX58-UD5

Crucial® Memory Advisor results for the Giga-Byte GA-EX58-UD5
