DRAM Voltage fluxes between 1.513v and 1.517v........Where it says "auto" in the manual, mine says "1.5"
VCCSA Voltage 0.925v......Auto
CPU PLL Voltage 1.813v.....Auto
PCH Voltage 1.075v.......Auto

Edit:

I successively updated the BIOS. I checked and it changed the above "1.5" back to "Auto" next to the DRAM.

A new BIOS will re-set everything back to default settings.
It's possible that the new BIOS will fix the RAM error problem.
Run memtest86+ again, with both RAM cards installed, for 7 full passes. If you get any errors you can stop the test.

What are your RAM settings now that you have a new BIOS?
Post the CPUZ snips of the CPU, Mainboard, and Memory tabs.

Are these voltages from after the BIOS update?

If memtest86+ shows errors again, bump the DRAM voltage to 1.550v, and the VCCSA voltage 1.100v.
Run memtest86+ again for 7 full passes. If you get any errors you can stop the test.

These voltages are from before the BIOS update. I checked after the BIOS update and the voltages were the same.
I will get back to you on the other steps when i can...it's coming up on finals week for me.

No problem, post when you have time.

Everything on the CPUZ snips looks good.
You can follow the instructions in my last post if memtest86+ doesn't pass.

I ran the memtest and instantly began to get errors, so i stopped it as you said to do and changed the voltages as you said. Bellow is a picture of those changes, hopefully they are as you intended.
I then ran the memtest again and instantly began to get errors so i stopped the test and am now posting here.
I guess we still haven't fixed the problem...awaiting orders.
P.S. i have had my computer on all day after the bios update and have yet to get a blue screen. I don't know if that means anything, but i just thought i would share.

Good news that you aren't getting crashes anymore.
Those are the correct voltage settings.

Bump the DRAM voltage to 1.600v, and the VCCSA voltage 1.150v.
Run memtest86+ again for 7 full passes. If you get any errors you can stop the test.
These settings are still in the safe zone, but wouldn't recommend going to much higher. Hardcore overclockers go much higher than that, but they are taking risks.

I changed the voltages as you said, started memtest and began raking in the errors.

Time to RMA the RAM or get new.
You could under clock the RAM frequency or loosen the timings.

Be sure to get compatible RAM, check the manufacturer's site.
For example: G.Skill RAM configurator - Asus Sabertooth Z77
Get RAM that says its for Z77 platform.
Don't get RAM that says its for Z77 and AMD, these tend to have more issues than RAM strictly for Intel Z77.

When looking at ram, what are all the stats that i should be trying to match?
As i asked above, do i need to match the suggested timing from my MB manual exactly? or can the numbers be a little off?
Are there other stats i should be paying attention to to make sure i get the right stuff?
