BSOD, unsure of cause

Hello everybody,
For some time now, I am having problems with the BSOD. I am really not a pro, when it comes to Computers. I read the BSOD posting instructions and I hope I managed to provide the information needed so that someone might be able to help me.
Here is my SF-Folder:
Attachment 232176

Other information about the problem would be, that its occurrence seems almost random to me. Sometimes My PC works fine for hours, while other times it crashes about 2 minutes after starting up.

If there is anything I still need to do in order for you to help me, please tell me what it is, preferabely with instructions on how to do it.
I will then get it done ASAP.
