Windows 7: BSOD from storport.sys, some system unicodes not showing up

Hi, I've been getting a few different BSODs for the last month or so. I've included the attachment from the diagnostic tool, but when I checked the minidump on my computer, it only had a few dumps, not nearly as much BSODs I've been experiencing.

There's also a small problem I've been experiencing with unicodes, mostly Japanese and Korean. They'll show up as squares (like the language pack isn't installed, though it is) about 75% of the time I boot up my computer. I don't think this is directly related to the BSODing, but when the languages DO show up, I've noticed the computer will crash a lot faster.

Oh, and, after the BSODs I have to disconnect my battery and my charger for a bit before I can start it up again, or else the computer will hang about a minute after start up.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Problematic software:
Programs like Alcohol/Daemon Tools are known cause to BSoDs. Please uninstall.

Please uninstall Auto Desk and all its components while we're troubleshooting
your computer (You may install it afterwards)

ESET sometimes causes BSoDs as well. Suggest to uninstall.
Download and install MSE. Known to be the most compatible
antivirus with Windows 7 (+ its free)

Usual causes: Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection,
Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

Suggestions:

* After installation and scanning of the new antivirus perform a clean start-up.
Keep no start up items except the antivirus. (display and sound device/drivers as well)
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

* System file checker for repairing any damaged files within windows
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

* Run Memory test for 8 passes preferably overnight.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

* To make sure your hard drive is good run
Disk Check

* Hard drive test both short and long with
SeaTools for Windows

SeaTools for DOS

* Look for an update on your BIOS version

I've just finished most of what you've listed. I couldn't run memory test or the long test with SeaTools (no blanks CDs here, I''ll hopefully get some this week).

I also have yet to update the BIOS, ASUS Live Update says it's up to date, but I doubt it.

Hi again, my computer BSODed last night for the first time in a while. I think it was a 0x7a from partmgr.sys. Ever since that, my computer won't boot up. I'll hit the power button, and sometimes the fan'll run, but the monitor won't turn on, or anything else, for what I know. It also automatically turns on every time I plug in my charger, and it never did that before.

Does your hard drive show any activity?

Can you upload the last dump? Were you able to run memtest and seatools?

No, I wasn't able to get the bootable CDs. I don't know if the hard drive is working, I'll have to try and see if I can install it into a different computer later today.

Okay. Let me know if your hard drive has any activity or not cause my
guess is your hard drive is on its way out.

How many years have you been using this pc? What's the age of all the
hardware?

All the hardware is about three years old, including the hard drive.

Hmm..what were you doing on your comp at the time of the last BSoD?
