Windows 7: Rebooting, sometimes get BSOD, sometimes not

First, you carry out the recomendations given.

I repeat, which I do not like to do, you only need MSE.



CCleaner is safe. i recommend only CCleaner.

I've never tried to crash my computer. Seems counter-productive.

Ok, so the computer crashed again today. Shortly after turning it on, I was using IE (ver. 9) to check email on hotmail and the computer became unresponsive, requiring manual shutdown. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
