    Welcome aboard.

    It is Marvell MV91xx AHCI/RAID driver that is causing the BSODs for you.
    Code:
     lmvm mv91xx
    start             end                 module name
    fffff880`0129b000 fffff880`01327000   mv91xx   T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: mv91xx.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\mv91xx.sys
        Image name: mv91xx.sys
        Timestamp:        Fri Aug 27 15:19:22 2010 (4C778A22)
        CheckSum:         00050BB0
        ImageSize:        0008C000
        Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
    And it is too old. Update it from Marvell - Support.

    Anyway, the best practice is not to use Marvell at all. Windows has its own drivers those are really nice. :) Marvell is known to be the worst.

    If you uninstall, do it in Safe Mode.

    After uninstalling, restart the computer, windows will install the default drivers automatically, hopefully.

    This is a Stop 0x4E, the usual cause of which is either a device driver or memory.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck 4E, {99, b4184, 2, 43727}

    Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiBadShareCount+4c )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    Before blaming memory, let us verify it. Enable driver verifier to see if it is caused by any device driver or not.
    Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Run it for next 24 hours of occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier. Report the result back.

    Just make me one thing sure. Did it crash with verifier on? Probably not?

    Then, you change your ATI dispaly driver. Shift to a previous one that was stable there.

    And, take this three tests.

    Let us know the results.
