    Disable Verifier now.

Run SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot then run the computer normally.

Let us know it it troubles anymore.

    Did that.

New info: I've run Driver Verifier and discovered which drivers cause problems (with elimination method). When I Verify Logitech's drivers (I have Logitech G920) wmbenum.sys and wmxlcore.sys BSOD occurs after logo loads. Also when I Verify Saitek drivers (saik0728.sys, saik0cc3.sys, saiku0cc3.sys) same thing. (I have Saitek Pro Flight Yoke) When I don't select these drivers in Driver Verifier I'm able to boot normaly.

note: when I Verified Saitek drivers, PC crashed after I logged in and this minidump was created.

Both of those are old. Really needs update.

Saitek drivers are real pain. I downloaded them (for Cyborg V7 and Pro Flight Yoke) and after installing, Driver Date doesn't change.

You may give it another go.

First uninstall it completely with |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download, then reinstall it again.
If still it show the same date, it may be that they havent updated their drivers for a long time.

I managed to screw up keyboard. Had to do system restore in order to get it working again.

Logitech drivers haven't been updated since 08/30/2010. Looks like it's same with saitek drivers (only RAT 5 is relatively new, 2011).
But I'm pretty sure that Logitech G940 is not the one causing problems, because I got it few weeks ago and I had had problems with BSOD way before then.

We'll see tomorrow if BSOD still occurs while playing games.

And one more thing. Do you know why I don't get blue screen? PC restarts but won't boot (instead I get 6 beeps) and I have to turn it off by pressing power button and then I will be able to boot normally. (This only happens when BSOD occurs during playing games, with Driver Verifier I get blue screen and I'm able to boot normally)

Your motherboard manual should have a list of what the beep codes mean. They are however often not much help because they give very cryptic reasons.
Well, maybe not, I looked through the manual and only find Dr. Debug codes which are useless. Here is ASRock's support number: 1-909-590-8308
