BSOD while running chksdk and scanning the HD for errors

I have ran western digitals lifeguard tools and they keep giving the error 06-Quick Test on drive 1 did not complete! Status code = 07 (Failed read test element), Failure Checkpoint = 97 (Unknown Test) SMART self-test did not complete on drive 1!

I also blue screen when I run the extended test, or run a chkdsk. HD tune pro tells me that there are 1461 pending sectors and 1455 uncorrectable errors.

I am pretty sure my HD is on the way out but can one of you kind gentlemen please look at the mini dump for me and tell me what it sais please?

Ref: Is this bad? 1464 pending sectors on my HD but 0 reallocated

    lotsofjam,
I will no longer be responding to your other post in another forum since you are now presenting your problem here, which is a more appropriate location.

    lotsofjam,
You still have not fully and completely filled out your system specs. That is the first place we look for vital info.

    Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec
    (left-hand column)

To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info

In the System Manufacturer Block, enter:
Ř Manufacturer and Model OR Custom build.
Ř ADD the word laptop, desktop, netbook or tablet.
    For example:
    Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.

Provide full windows version info, for example:
    MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc

Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.

With Speccy, you can select with your mouse/touchpad info from the display
and paste that info into your specs.

SIW is a marvelous program, but the free version does not offer
    this capability.

    Lotsofjam,

    Is there a possibility that you can remove the disk from your compter;
    Add the disk as an extra disk in another computer;;
run chkdsk over your disk in that computer?

What this would do is allow you test the hard disk, knowing that there is no other hardware or software preventing chkdsk from running.

    LotsOfJam,

I did NOT ask you to post a SPECCY file.

You did the correct thing by removing the product key.

If I ever need the full output from SPECCY, then this is the procedure:
SPECCY | FILE | SAVE SNAPSHOT | SAVE button

that saves a file with a .speccy extension and that file does NOT have your product key

    Simply carry out this procedure:

    Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec
    (left-hand column)

To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info

    Thanks.

Since the running of chkdsk is an absolute necessity, then I'll wait until you have been able to test the disk.
