    Welcome

If you are overclocking any hardware, STOP. Reset any changed values back to default.

Be sure to update your BIOS. See if the problem goes.

My system is not OC'ed.Everything runs on stock values.

    I'm getting errors in Prime95.Will attach stress.txt.

    Should I also run Memtest86?
Will updating the BIOS help?If so,can you say what I should download?

    BSOD ANALYSE

How long have you been running Windows 7 on this motherboard? Either there's a BIOS update available for your motherboard, otherwise your board is not 7-ready. Your BIOS is from 2009 which could be problematic.

Here are some of my suggestions:

    • Search your hardware parts on the Windows 7 Compatibility Center, and ensure that Microsoft has approved the product to be 7 ready.
      • End with the Upgrade Advisor afterwards.

    Yes, run Memtest86+.

Combining your crash dumps and the general view of BSODs culprits, I'd suggest you to have a look at your memory, the sticks. Through decades people have been using the bootable tool called Memtest86+ and it's basically very unique in these manners.
Be sure to check your warranty rules and regulations before opening your case.
    * Memtest86+ is USB-ready, and can be booted directly from it. Download the flashdrive wizard.
    * To ensure that either your sticks OR your motherboard slots are broken, it's necessary to do the below procedure-
    * Pull out all sticks except ONE, scan it.
    * If no errors, pull the scanned stick into another slot.
    * Proceed like this until you've scanned all sticks individually, and all the slots.

    Best Regards,
    Frederik.

    I got 4 RAM-lanes:2 yellow and 2 blue
In order to boot,I have to use the blue ones
when booting with RAM in yellow lanes,it asks for RAM

    Memtest:

I tested each stick, they both passed
When testing both together,my system reboots as soon as test starts
1 blue lane says RAM is 400mhz-DDR800
other blue lane says RAM is 200mhz-DDR400
I cleared CMOS but still remains

    Can this be the problem?

Hmm, is everything (clock, voltages) set on [DEFAULT]/[AUTO] in BIOS regarding memory?

    Best Regards,
    Frederik.

    Everything is set on "auto".
Each RAM-stick on every lane, passes. When testing both together, system reboots without giving any errors in Memtest.

I run WIN7 for about a year now on this mobo. The Upgrade Advisor didn't gave any errors.
    Biosflash only solution?
If so,i most use the last one from my mobo manufacturer website?(juli 23,2010)

It's time to update the BIOS.
