Hello Ali and welcome to Sevenforums.

To be able to help you, we'd need you to attach a full report. This includes, crash dumps, nfo etc. To get these files, use our thread below.

    https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

Thank you for the attempt to update your System Specs, though, we'd need model numbers and voltages etc. It's done by the below instructions-

Updating System Specs will give us a better sight of
how your system is put together. It's simply done.

    § Download Speccy
    § |User CP (top of the page)| |Edit System Spec|
§ COPY & PASTE section to section
    § Include Laptop, Desktop information
    § End with |Save Changes|

Possible fix| Go to Device Manager > Expand the USB list > Uninstall every driver (not device) and Reboot Windows.
Let Windows detect them and reinstall them.
    • What kind of USB Devices to you have attached to your hub?

Is the DVD BOX seven ready? Also report a full report as I told you in post #4.

To check if your box is 7-ready, search it on the below link.
Search your hardware part on the Windows 7 Compatibility Center, and ensure that Microsoft has approved the product to be 7 ready.

End with the Upgrade Advisor afterwards. --
