Random BSOD on Windows 7, also some more problems. Hey,
I've got a few problems, I get a few BSOD's that point to my Memory (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT), brought it to my local repair shop, did things, can not figure out what they did, earned cash, logged on, 5 mins after I get a BSOD, they probably did not look at the Minidumps I have mentioned when I delivered it.
But also, randomly, does not matter, a process just takes up 25% of my processors and can not be killed.
Sometimes it is just 1 process and is a pain, but also sometimes 2, or 3.
And when they are 3, I can not use my system normally without lag.
Sometimes it is even 4 and my PC sometimes freezes up.
I can set the affinity to only 1 processor, but I can not kill it.
I did try to move my RAM to a different slot.
That worked, for only 1 day.
After that my system was working badly again.
Today, my system got 1 BSOD and froze up 4 times.
Here's a ZIP with the Minidumps and other small information.
PS: I also have Ubuntu 12.04 LTS installed on this system, on a different partition. | My System Specs |

Welcome aboard.
Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers. Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self Assembled OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit SP 1 CPU Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Hi, thanks for your reply.
I was not able to test it, but I am just about to test it right now.
I have never tried "verifier" and I do not know exactly how it goes.
But I did get a STOP error like 10 minutes ago, grabbed all the Minidumps and putting it in a zip to send, the latest error is 092712-34679-01
I will run verifier right now to check it all out.
By the way, I am getting crazy of my PC freezing up all the time, Ubuntu does not have any problems at all. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Home Premium x64 |

Let us know the results. I ran "verifier" and it gave an error within a minute or two.
And the problem with AVG is that it was infected a while ago, it accepted a lot of virusses and I did not notice it until my Chrome started to work weirdly.
I have disabled it and ran MSI and some MBAM.
So like a few months later I got the problem we are working with right now, the repair shop where I brought it to even enabled AVG. -.-
I am going to do the things you have stated above, but can I put Seagate on a USB and then boot it? | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Home Premium x64 |

Your problem is mainly with some program that is somehow misleading your CD ROM. And that is NTI CD &DVD-Maker or NTI Backup NOW! or NTI CD-Maker by NewTech Infosystem. That program uses pxhelp20.sys (Sonic CD/DVD driver).
You uninstall it. IMGBurn and CDburnerXP both are very good programs. Use any of those. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self Assembled OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit SP 1 CPU Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Can it be that in the NewTech Infosystems folder there is Acer Backup Manager, and I have deleted the backup partition to make space for a new Ubuntu partition and that is somehow crashing my PC?
EDIT: I do not have NTI CD-Maker but I do have Acer Backup Manager in the NewTech Infosystem folder, should I delete that?
EDIT2: I got another BSOD, adding a file to this post.

But, we need something more ... to get the information. upload your MSINFO32.nfo file. - Click on the start button
- Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
- File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
- Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
- Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
After that, we may give you some sound advise that will be really helpful. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self Assembled OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit SP 1 CPU Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
