Welcome

If you are overclocking, please stop and uninstall ASRock Utility.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility	Public
Uninstall your current antivirus and keep MSE.
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus	Public
Your dumps mainly indicate memory issues.
So we'll start by testing your memory using memtest86+ for 8 passes, on each stick on each slot.
(Preferably overnight)
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Take your time and post back results

Even 1 error on the memory is a problem.
See how your computer works with the stick that didn't give errors so you'll be sure.
