BSOD randomly not associated with any particular program

    Hi all!
Let me start off by saying I'm a real novice at this, especially with win 7 so please treat me with TLC. I'm impressed with the knowledge of you guys and hope You can help.
I recently bought a computer which was put together for me, and randomly getting the BSOD. I am including the minidump (learned that here) files
    Hope it sheds some light.
I ran memtest for 3 passes, then again yesterday for 7 passes with no errors
Someone suggested that I run the video from the motherboard and bypass the card to see if that helps. Any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance!
    Jake
