Welcome aboard.
Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers. Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self Assembled OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit SP 1 CPU Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. How old is your laptop?
Did you buy it new two weeks ago?
How much RAM was installed in the laptop when you first got it?
Is the new RAM recommended for your laptop by Crucial?
It may not be able to run that much RAM if it's an older model laptop.
When you run memtest86+, one error is too many.
Laptop BIOS do not have the options to change any of the RAM settings, so basically it runs or you return it.
Remove one RAM card and see if it will boot.
If it boots and runs fine or crashes, swap the RAM cards to test the other one.
If you have installed Windows 8 32 bit OS, it will only be able to use approx 3.75 GB RAM.
That is the limitation of any 32bit Windows OS.
This won't affect the laptop booting, the other 4.25GB just won't be usable.
You will need Windows 8 64bit to use more than 3.75GB RAM.

I don't think installing XP will help this issue.
From a quick check your laptop can have a max of 8GB RAM.
Have you checked for a BIOS update?
If one RAM card failed memtest86+, swap them out and test the other RAM card.
Make sure you put the RAM card in the bottom RAM slot when using one card.
If they both fail memtest86+ when installed separately, return them to Newegg for new ones.
Crucial is very good for RAM on OEM computers, and they have a good warranty.
If the new RAM also fails, I would agree it's probably the RAM slots and/or motherboard. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number 76~2.0 OS Windows 7 Ult x64 - SP1/ Windows 8 Pro x64 CPU Intel Core i5-3570K 4.6GHz Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z77X UD3H, f18 Memory 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600 Corsair Vengeance CL8 1.5v Graphics Card Sapphire HD 7770 Vapor-X OC 1GB DDR5 Sound Card Onboard VIA VT2021 Monitor(s) Displays 22" LCD Dell Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Logitech Wave Mouse CM Sentinel PSU Corsair HX650W Case Cooler Master Storm Scout Cooling Corsair H80 2x12cm Noctua NF P12 , 2x14cm case fans Hard Drives Samsung 840Pro 128GB SSD,
