BSOD while testing CPU on Windows Index Experience

Hey, I have a problem (though I think it is minor because my system recovers quite well from it after restarting). Basically, I overclocked my CPU to 4.19 gHz and everything is running smoothly (also got a Radeon 7770 HD graphics card) so I decided to redo my WEI score and close to the end of the CPU test the computer crashed and went to the blue screen of death before restarting again. Everything seems fine with my computer but I'm not sure what the problem might be.

My Specs (custom built desktop):
CPU: AMD Fx-8150 OC'ed to 4.19 gHz
Raden HD 7770 GPU
2 TB 7200 rpm seagate Barracuda Hard Drive.
8 gb ram @ 1133 MHz
Thermaltake TR2 500W Cable Management Optimized Power Supply

I attached my .zip file if that helps.

Welcome

Are you sure you don't have BSoDs any other time except while assessing the WEI?

Problematic software:
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security 2012	Jackson-PC\Jackson:Start Menu\Programs\Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security 2012	Jackson-PC\Jackson
Start Menu\Programs\Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security 2012\More Tools and Help	Jackson-PC\Jackson:Start Menu\Programs\Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security 2012\More Tools and Help	Jackson-PC\Jackson
Please uninstall Trend Micro Titanium Security antivirus while we troubleshoot with your computer.

Download and install MSE. Run a full scan once updated:
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

For additional security, you can keep Malware Bytes:
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

Run the system file checker to repair any damaged windows files:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Do these and trying running the WEI again. We'll do more troubleshooting if the problem persists.
