BSOD playing borderlands 2, bccode 0x000000f4

Hello folks. I just built my new pc and I am having bsod issues. It has mostly happened while playing borderlands 2 but it as happened once shortly after startup and clicking on a desktop icon.

    Bug Check String: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
    Parameter 1:00000000`00000003
    Parameter 2:fffffa80`0717e780
    Parameter 3:fffffa80`0717ea60
    Parameter 4:fffff800`02f91510

    Caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe
    Caused by address: ntoskrnl.exe+7f1c0
File Descrip: NT Kernel & System
    crash address: ntoskrnl.exe+7f1c0

I have run the memtest for 7 passes total runtime of 9 hours or so. It found no errors. I also ran sfc scannow command and integrity of files were verified. Also during borderlands 2 when I crash i get the message "I/O Failure operating on WillowGame/CookedPCconsole/ textures.tfc" and then i get a bsod. The bsod has also occurred without showing the message of I/O failure as well. So I have no clue why this is happening. Any help would be much appreciated!!! Thanks.

    My PC spec:
    intel core i5 3450
    msi z77gd55 motherboard
8gb corsair vengeance low profile ram
    coolermaster 700 watt silent psu
    evga geforce gtx 670 2gb
intel 330 series 120gb ssd drive as boot drive (ahci mode)
    2 WD 320 gb hdd
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Welcome aboard. Apparently I am seeing some issues here:

    Reinstall nVidia Drivers :
    Code:
    fffff880`05b919e8 fffff880`0f1f257bUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
     nvlddmkm+0x12a57b

    Perform a disc Check:
    Code:
    fffff880`05b913f8 fffff880`0122ce84 Ntfs!NtfsExtendedCompleteRequestInternal+0x114
    fffff880`05b91400 fffff880`00000001
    fffff880`05b91408 00000000`00000001
    fffff880`05b91410 fffff880`05b91550
    fffff880`05b91418 00000000`00000000
    fffff880`05b91420 fffffa80`0945cca0
    fffff880`05b91428 00000000`c000000e
    fffff880`05b91430 fffff880`05b916b0
    fffff880`05b91438 fffff880`012362e5 Ntfs!NtfsProcessException+0x829
    1. Reseat the sata and power.
    2. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
    3. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept the restart.

    Let us know the results.

If you are using a SSD, first search for any firmware update. And, you may skip the chkdsk command for that one.

Initially you are to check the disc on which windows is installed, but better you check them all.

Seatool works on any HDD. Still, if you need, you may go to WD's website and get the data lifeguard and use it.

You do the seatool test there, but need not to run the test from command prompt.

Hello Arc. I appreciate the suggestions. After doing all the things you have suggested such as wiping nvidia drivers and then reinstalling them, doing the hdd chk disk and all that. I still crash and bsod with same error caused by "ntoskrnl.exe". this happens usually during gameplay of borderlands 2. I have already done the ram test using memtest and it passed 8 times and no errors found. I have no idea what is going on and can you please help me? Anyone ?
